A Large Engineering Firm needed to streamline a manual, time-consuming reporting process. As a part of their human resources initiative the client carried out a yearly leadership survey and then produced a custom set of individual, group and organizational level reports based on the data. KMA automated the report production using a combination of Microsoft Excel 2007 and Word 2007 automation. We streamlined the process by importing historical data from their corporate databases, designing an automated import process to move new data into Excel, designing and building Excel PivotTables to simplify report production and developing Word automation to generate the reports. The project leveraged KMA’s development talent and Microsoft Office 2007.
